Olga B. Vasquez-Silva, M.A. Special Education
Olga B. Vasquez-Silva is a behavioral therapist and consultant; and Executive Director of One for Autism. Mrs. Silva received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology from the University of the Incarnate Word. She has a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio; and a Graduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Mrs. Silva is currently mentoring for her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification. She is also a certified Handwriting without Tears Level 1 Writing Specialist.
She also has several years experience working with children with Autism in the Mexico and Laredo area. She worked closely with TXCART (Texas Center for Autism Research and Treatment) as an ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) administrator.
Anel Gutierrez, BCBA, M.A. Special Education
Assistant Director – Youth and Adult Program
Anel began working at One for Autism seven years ago as a Behavioral Therapist. She earned her BCBA certification from the University of North Texas; and both her Masters Degree in Special Education and Biliterate Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Anel also serves as the CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Nonviolence Crisis Intervention training instructor.
Assistant Director – Pediatric Program
Liz has been working for One for Autism since 2003 and has experience in all departments. She began as Behavioral Therapist and continued expanding her knowledge in working with students in Pediatric, the Life Skills Classroom and currently with Youth and Adult.
Liz is currently enrolled at San Antonio College persuing her degree.
Human Resources Manager
